FRANCHISING
Evaluation
A first phase of study and mutual knowledge between Cigierre and the franchisee, which is proposed through direct contact or online application.
Cigierre carries out a qualification process for potential franchisees by examining their profile and corporate documentation.
Once the application is approved, it is possible to initiate the search for the location (if not already identified), which will be examined through a commercial inspection and with the activation of the technical office for feasibility verification.
Commitment
In this second phase of the franchising process the franchisee meets the Top Management of Cigierre and by signing the contract he undertakes and binds himself to respect its clauses.
It's at this moment that the planning of the premises by the Associated Studies begins concretely (3 months), the construction work begins (structural, kitchen and furnishings) and with the estimate and certainty of the opening date we begin to select the staff, hire them and train them through the Cigierre Academy.
The purchasing team defines commercial and logistical partnerships.
Operations
At this point it's possible to start getting to the heart of the restaurant's operational activities, preparation and orders of products and materials.
Cigierre marketing office always provides support, as a consultant, for all extra communication activities. (2 months)

Cigierre's support for the franchisee's work is constant and planned through the action of supervisors, who with recurring visits are available to identify, analyze and resolve any critical issues with the aim not only of providing assistance, but of optimizing business management post opening.
